doesnt have trouble running out of tape or anything like that. love it. it works really well in my car and can be adapted to other tape players. nice, easy to put away. good, good.
It's still too quiet (not enough volume), but this one is "less bad" than every other cassette adapter out there.
My car will not accept this cassette. You can hear it whirring. It's terrible. I tried in another car and it's loud. Don't buy. Try sony or voss - they are much better quality.
Works ok with my car stereo player. No issues as of now. price of this product is now doubled.
the bass and treble are awesome at any volume. i was also lucky in that meritline had run out of stock on adapters the day i was shopping.
there was a minor clicking noise when i first got it. now that the tape player head has gotten used to this 'pseudo-head' on the tape, the noise is also gone.
I had first seen one of these on a friend's car and this concept really appealed to me for 2 reasons -(1) Reuse of a 'thing' (the cassette player)(2) Quality delivered (fm transmitters suck big time)This particular one stands out because of negligible noise output and its dual positioning possibility; you don't have to look around for ones that have wires protruding one way or another (dual-positioning). the couple of dollars you spend on this compared to a generic one on meritline is great investment indeed.
the volume achievable is very impressive. thankfully, i inherited a very good sound system also.
low and high volumes are awesome. this should be your choice if (1) you have a cassette and fm radio and are rethinking about which technology to adopt(2) if you have already decided on an adapter and are looking for a brandAs for durability, I really can't comment as I am only a owner for the past 2 months.
